October 1 – 7 is Banned Books Week! This week draws attention to the harms of censorship and the recent significant increase in state and local book challenges in the U.S. Check out the top 13 most challenged books of 2022 and learn about how the Kalamazoo College Library is making banned books accessible.
Kalamazoo College Library now has access to Kanopy BASE, a licensed collection of films, documentaries, and episodics curated for academic institutions. All you need is your Kalamazoo College login!

Last week the Library launched an update to our website! Many thanks to the Web Services team and to faculty, staff, and student participants in our usability study. You helped us improve the look, feel, and functionality of the site, and we hope the redesigned site will help you find what you need more easily.
Due to facilities maintenance work, the Upjohn Library Commons building will be closed to the public on Wednesday, July 19. Library staff will still be available by email and phone! You can also access our online resources while the building is closed.
